Back in the Orient

I'm back in Asia, currently in Hong Kong having returned successfully returned from my exciting trip to the States. After spending copious amounts of time with the people of Cary and Chapel Hill I celebrated two local holidays know as Christmas and New Year's where I exchanged gifts and love with a local family in Winston Salem. I thoroughly enjoyed the food of the land ambrosia, barbeque and oysters and I'm already planning a return trip sometime this year. Until then I'll be spending my time here in Southern China and Korea. Unfortunately I've forgotten my camera cable so uploading pictures will be put off until I return to Korea in a month. So, expect a deluge of photos in about three weeks. Thanks for reading!

Hi JK! Maybe you can find a camera cable that fits while you're shopping in Hong Kong. Or at least a deal on another memory card. Have fun on your adventures!

JK! So glad to have you back with my geography lessons! Your photos and commentary are so appreciated and enjoyed that I'm sharing your blog site with a good friend, Betty Dean, from Wilmington, NC. She may, or may not, correspond with you. You and Grayson have actually met Betty and her husband, Doug, as they, too, spend time in Hound Ears and met you & G. years ago when you were visiting Doug and me. Stay safe, and know we're always thinking about you. Thank you again for "Hangbok"--she makes me smile! Take care and enjoy your travels. billiejo
